Matthias is a member of our patent litigation team and is based in our Düsseldorf office. He advises national and international clients from various industries on intellectual property and competition law. The focus of his work is on national and cross-border patent litigation. He also specializes in advising clients in connection with the assignment and licensing of patent rights and know-how as well as on employee invention law.

In addition to his admission as a lawyer, Matthias is also listed as a Mediator by the Düsseldorf Bar Association.
