
Stefan Eck is primarily active in KLAKA's patent law practice. He is experienced in handling complex infringement suits and misapprobation actions. A further focus of his activities is advice on employee inventions and license and development contracts. Dr. Stefan Eck advises and represents national and international companies, especially in the areas of mechanical engineering, biotechnology, bicycle technology, optical products and general mechanics. In addition, Stefan Eck advises clients in the areas of unfair competition law, design patent law and trademark law and accordingly represents German and foreign clients in related proceedings in all German courts. Since Spring 2011 Stefan Eck has been a lecturer of unfair competition law and intellectual property rights at the Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences.
