Energy law

Since its deregulation in 1998, the area of energy law, based on the guidelines of the European legislature, has been in a state of constant and rapid change.

We advise and represent our clients comprehensively on the disposal and evaluation of power grids, the legal implementation of the regulation of grid fees, questions relating to grid access, energy trading including the draft of legally sound procurement and delivery contracts which are legally sound and on the supply to end consumers. In addition, we provide advice on issues relating to connections, supply and distribution of regenerative energy.

In doing this, we draw on our expertise in energy law, anti-trust law and unfair competition law as well as our legal and technical know-how relating to the European and national regulatory standards for the energy market.
