Energy
Since its deregulation in 1998, the area of energy law, based on the guidelines of the European legislature, has been in a state of constant and rapid change.
We advise and represent our clients comprehensively on the disposal and evaluation of power grids, the legal implementation of the regulation of grid fees, questions relating to grid access, energy trading including the draft of legally sound procurement and delivery contracts which are legally sound and on the supply to end consumers. In addition, we provide advice on issues relating to connections, supply and distribution of regenerative energy.

Unfair competition
The global market is characterised by free trade. The rules of this international economic exchange are expressed in unfair competition law. Comparative or misleading advertising, product imitation, the headhunting of personnel or price dumping may result in unfair competition proceedings. This affects all sectors, from the automotive industry to financial services, from retailers to the internet trade, or from the pharmaceuticals industry to the increasingly deregulated energy supply market.
