Search for drug against Covid-19: Ministry of Health may order use of patents (Handelsblatt, 31.03.2020)

The Ministry of Health has been given additional authority in a global infection event like Corona. It can now order the use of an invention. "Patent holders must not be expropriated without compensation," explains patent lawyer Stefan Eck of Klaka Rechtsanwälte
