Dr. Wolfgang Götz is active as a counsel and litigator in all areas of intellectual property protection. The emphasis of his patent law activities is on court litigation for German and foreign companies in the sectors of telecommunications, automotive and plant engineering. The clients he advises in the areas of trademark law and unfair competition law include manufacturers from the fields of fashion, sports and furniture.
