2. Data security
We use the SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256 bit encryption. Whether a single page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form can be seen from the closed lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
3. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of their use
When you access our website, the browser used on your device automatically and without your intervention sends the following information to the server of our website, temporarily stored in a so-called log file until automatic deletion:
IP address of the requesting computer,
date and time of access,
name and URL of the retrieved file,
website from which access is made (referrer URL),
the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as
the name of your access provider.
The mentioned data will be processed by us for the following purposes:
Ensuring a smooth connection of the website,
ensuring comfortable use of our website,
evaluation of system security and stability as well as
for other administrative purposes.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you personally.
4. Rights of the data subject
According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access (Art. 15), to rectification and erasure (Art. 16, 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18) and a right to data portability (Art. 20) as well as a right to lodge a complaint with a supervising authority (Art. 77).
5. Right of objection
If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) 1 f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, on grounds relating to your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct marketing purposes. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation.
